The Burke Insurance Agency offers several policies to match your coverage needs:


Condo EQ Earthquake Policy (For Condo Unit or Townhome Owners)
Coverage A (Building Additions and Alterations) is included with a limit of $25,000
                    Loss Assessment is included with a limit of $5000
                    Loss of Use is included with a limit of $2500
Coverage C (Personal Property limit must match the companion HO-6 Policy limit)

Standard EQ Earthquake Policy
Our basic policy covering damage to the dwelling structure up to the limit set in Coverage A.
Coverage B - this policy offers no coverage for appurtenant structures.
Coverage C - Damage to personal property covered up to a limit of $5,000 subject to the limits of the policy.
Coverage D - Loss of use provided up to a limit of $1,500.
Coverage E - Provides coverage up to $10,000 if the dwelling meets the definintion for earthquake hazard reduction.
Coverage F - Loss Assessment is not covered.
No deductible applies for loss of use coverage.

Superior EQ Earthquake Policy
Coverage A
- Damage to the dwelling structure covered up to the Coverage A limit.
Coverage B - Damage to appurtenant structures covered up to 10% of the Coverage A limit.
Coverage C - Damage to personal property covered up to 50% of the Coverage A limit.
Coverage D - Loss of Use coverage provided up to 20% of the Coverage A limit or $25,000 whichever is less.
Coverage E - Provides coverage for up to $10,000 if the dwelling meets the definition for earthquake hazard reduction.
Coverage F - Provides coverage for up to $10,000 for loss assessment charged by an association of property owners.

Superior EQ Plus Earthquake Policy
Coverage A
- Damage to the dwelling structure covered up to the Coverage A limit.
Coverage B - Damage to appurtenant structures covered up to 10% of the Coverage A limit.
Coverage C - Damage to personal property covered up to 50% of the Coverage A limit.
Coverage D - Loss of Use coverage provided up to 20% of the Coverage A limit or $100,000 whichever is less.
Coverage E - Provides coverage for up to $10,000 if the dwelling meets the definition for earthquake hazard reduction.
Coverage F - Provides coverage for up to $10,000 for loss assessment charged by an association of property owners.

Coverage Definitions  Coverage A Is the amount ofcoverage for loss to a dwelling or residential structure owned by the insured.
Coverage B Is the amount ofcoverage for loss to appurtenant structures owned by the insured.
Coverage C Is the amount ofcoverage for personal property owned or used by the insured.
Coverage D Is the amount ofcoverage for alternate living arrangements if the dwelling is unfit to live in as a result damage.
Coverage E Is the amount ofcoverage for upgrading the quake damaged dwelling to new building codes if required.
Coverage F Is the amount of coverage for debris removal and demolition among other things.
